Foley Mayor John Koniar presented Lee with a proclamation to commemorate his service. “J.M. is an excellent example of those who give back to their community through volunteerism. His service has not been limited to the City of Foley. He has been recognized by the South Baldwin Chamber as Free Enterprise Person of the Year and by the Foley Rotary Club with the Paul Harris Fellow award.
